We booked a spa party for my daughter's 6th birthday a month in advance, for 10 girls. Just 3-4 hours before the event, they called to cancel due to an internal issue. While unexpected things can happen, what was truly unacceptable was the complete lack of professionalism, there was no backup plan, no alternative solution, no partial service, and no referral to another vendor. We were left scrambling last minute, forced to completely change the party plans, and my daughter ended up heartbroken and in tears on her birthday. As someone who works with children, I understand that things don't always go as planned, but that is exactly why you must always have a backup plan. Unfortunately, this company showed no accountability, no urgency, and no empathy when it mattered most. I would strongly think twice before booking with them.
