There they told me that it would cost me $1200 so I gave a $600 dollars deposit and signed the agreement to have the procedure done 5/23/26 it stated that only if I cancel within 48 hours I had a fee, I contacted them the following Tuesday 4/21/26 to cancel a lady by the name Juliana asked me if I wanted to concern or reschedule at that time I said I was not sure yet so she proceeded to cancel that appointment. I had ent heard from them about my deposit so I sent a message on the number they had been sending me confirmation asking to have someone contact me to pick up my cash deposit of $600 dollars. I called 7 times and no one answered me. I used a different number and of course they answer I told them who I was and that I had tried to reach them several times. They gave me the run around that they were going to have me speak with the manager Waited and waited and ended on a voice mail left a message. Very unprofessional business and shady business practice.

What a terrible experience! This was my first and last time coming here. I decided to try this…read moresalon because I saw the prices listed on a photo posted and got confirmation from the person I set the appointment with and they were supposedly better than the prices than by where I live. I should have known it would be a terrible experience when I sat down and the lady that was supposed to do my nails kept getting entertained talking with her coworker and took a good 5 minutes to start working on my nails because she was texting. I don't like to rush people or complain so I let it go. After putting the foils on my nails to remove my gel nail polish, she told me to sit in the massaging chair to start working on my pedi, turned the water on and walked away. This lady left for about 10 minutes. At first, I thought she was going to get her tools or something, my vision was blocked by a wall so I couldn't see her, but when I peeked past the wall, she was sitting on her station on her phone! Absolutely no shame!! I asked another lady that was working there if my nail lady was planning on coming back, and that's when she finally decided to come back. Didn't even apologized. I told her I had an appointment I had to get to and now wasn't sure if I'd make it (newsflash, I didn't and had to tell the person I had the meeting with that I was running late). She didn't even bring a palette of colors, just asked what color I wanted. I didn't mind too much because I already knew the color I wanted anyway, but either way, it's always nicer when they bring the palette so you can see what colors they have available. I asked for a light mint color for both mani and pedi. The color on my feet was exactly what I wanted, then she started doing my mani and because of the lights in the place I couldn't really tell how different they were. The color in my hand is not what I wanted at all!! To top it off, she only did two coats and I could see some strikes, it was not even at all, so I asked her to do a third coat. She didn't even tell me to wash my hands so there was nail dust everywhere! When I go to pay, she gave me a higher price than I was originally told by the person that scheduled the appointment, but then she said she made a mistake and charged more! I was already annoyed and needed to get to my appointment so I didn't argue it. And then I came home to realize what a sh*t job she did on my feet! Ughhh!!!! Absolutely hate this place!
