I shouldn't have bothered her by asking questions as she was concentrating to get the best prints possible when prints didn't click the first time, but she answered my questions and didn't show any frustration. Everything ended well! Diana started my day off very well! I especially appreciate the fact that she did my LiveScan right away and did not make me wait. This hasn't always been the case at other offices when the person doing the prints was not busy and I arrived early. Diana was great!

I had decided I needed a another copy which they had copied from a Powerpoint and so they had to pull it back up and make me another copy which they did with pleasure, even though it was not very convienient and my copy job was not a big one, so the time spent wasn't bringing them a lot of compensation. I then asked about the ends of rolls of paper that I sometimes had purchased in the past from the previous owner, and before I left he gave me a roll of paper in a size he was no longer using- and didn't let me pay for it. I left there feeling so uplifted and well served. They were not only capable but generous, and gracious. THey honestly made my day- as well as my beautiful copies!
