Chelsea's company's title as Eleventh Hour Mobile Notary is well deserved. This much delayed review popped into my mind and I had to come back to complete it. I refinanced during the early days of Covid when everyone was freaking out about it. Family members and friends would argue and disown each other over different Covid views. Society would shun you if you had any scent of Covid on you. It was a strange time indeed. The last step of my refinance was a notary signing. However, one of the questions I had to answer was whether or not I had interacted with anyone with Covid, and at the time I did. I undergo weekly testing and daily health screenings and I had no signs or symptoms of Covid. However, my answer doomed me as all the notaries known to my loan officer refused to meet with a client with exposure to someone with Covid. I called around and Chelsea was one of about 3 notaries that was ok with meeting up with me practically anywhere and anytime. We met up at an In and out burger around 9pm or so and got the signing completed with as much precautions in place as possible. I needed to have my husband served with divorce papers. He's in jail which makes it difficult. The San Diego Sheriff failed at serving him the papers.
