    When I walked up to their store the line was out the door. Everyone must be sending out packages before Christmas. While waiting outside, I saw their sign which is a great reminder for others to be kind to the workers that did show up for work, especially in the busy holiday season. Then while waiting, you could tell all the staff were very attentive and helpful to each customer. Once I got to the front, I was passed to Chloey for her expertise in helping laminate papers and printing posters . She was amazing & so patient. She helped me with my big order for our business and gave great suggestions for printing. Thank you so much Chloey for your help!!! You are an asset to your team and made it a pleasure to walk in this UPS store.

    Service is abismal here. Dealt with an employee who had long black hair and the WORST ATTITUDE ever. I was helping my elderly mother return her Amazon returns and one was a very heavy package. I carried everything and didn't ask for help. This nasty employee gave me attitude because we didn't have a box for a shirt and charged us which was fine but she didn't even package it in front of me. I have no confidence she packaged it after I left. She also refused to print a shipping label under the guise of "seller will provide in 5 days" despite the shipping label having already been provided and me having emailed it to her. SHE WAS ABHORRENT AND SHOULD QUIT HER JOB IF SHE IS SO UNHAPPY. don't work in customer service!!!!!!!

    I love this location. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and quick. I usually come here with my Amazon returns. As long as you have your QR codes ready for them you will be in and out in minutes! The only reason I've ever waited is because the customers aren't prepared with the info needed for quick returns. This location will also take USPS mail for you free of charge. A place up the road (name I won't mention) charges you $1 per letter to take to USPS. Now I only do business here at this UPS store. LOVE THEM!

    I dropped on in this store, not thinking that they can do what I asked, and surprisingly the manager heard my request with needing help just to print one copy of my business badge . And the manager did a wonderful job on completing the badge, with a very lovely professional attitude and did a great work!

    No greeting. Just, "next!" I walk to him he's drinking a big gulp ( which he continues to sip off…read moreof throughout our interaction.) He tells me to put my item on scale. I'm returning cable box. He looks at his screen, tells me it's not in there. When I say it has to be, I was emailed complete instructions for the return. He smirks and checks again. I say, I don't see anything funny about this. He says it's not that serious. Very poor service. Unfortunately, I don't know his name. Other than that, I like this location.

    I have been a customer of this ups store for over 5 years. There are different owners now than…read morethere was then. Under the old management this place was amazing. Customer service was a priority. They were super friendly, would chat while they served you, knew you by face and would start getting your stuff before you had finished walking up to the counter. I appreciated them so much I would buy them a large box of chocolates every holiday season. Then the new owners came. The owners themselves weren't very friendly, but with all the old employees there, it didn't make that much of a difference. But slowly all the old staff started leaving. There is a high turnover rate of employees. No one remembers who you are, no chatting, it's all business. Which is not a deal breaker so, no problem. Until today. I had an Amazon package that was delivered by Amazon at around 12:45. I never received the notification that they received it so I assume they didn't enter the deliveries into the system yet. But it's now 4:45, the store closes at 6 and I need to be in PB by 6, so this is my last chance to pick it up. If any of the few old employees are there, what they do is quickly look for my package, enter it into their system real quick and then have me sign for it. But today, I wait in line, get to the counter and get told, "sorry, we haven't entered them into the system yet. You can come by later today or tomorrow." I questioned a bit and I'm then told, "We are short staffed and we are too busy right now to do it. Sorry." So, what I'm hearing them say is because they are short staffed, they don't have time to serve me because they are too busy serving the other customers in line? My paying an annual fee to them to receive packages for me and give them to me when I come in, does not count as their job? It's just something they do when they have time? Am I not a customer then? Is there a reason the people sending packages with the UPS Store have priority over the customers who are picking up packages at the UPS Store? Nah, that's messed up. I don't care if you can't retain employees. I can deal with the fact that no one but the few employees that are still around from old management smiles or remembers who I am. No need to write a bad review for that. But when you tell me that you can't do what I pay you to do because you are too busy collecting money from other people, that's where I draw the line. Am I overreacting? Maybe. But that totally rubbed me the wrong way.

    If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.
