I honestly have never left a review anywhere before, but I felt I truly needed to for PostalAnnex+ #241 in El Cajon. I walked in after spending an entire day dealing with a complicated situation that I couldn't resolve on my own. I was exhausted, frustrated, and honestly not sure if things would even get finished that day. From the very beginning, the staff here treated me with genuine care and respect. Instead of brushing me off or giving quick answers, they took the time to fully understand my situation, looked into details that were not even their responsibility, and patiently worked through everything step by step. What stood out the most was that they went far beyond what was expected. They didn't have to make extra calls, research additional information, or stay involved until the very end--but they chose to do so anyway, with kindness and a positive attitude the entire time. I rented a Uhaul truck and returned it to this Postal Annex. Yvonne helped me out that day and she was so welcoming and friendly. She was warm and made conversation with my husband and I. She also helped us do our UHaul truck check-out and told us about the other services Postal Annex provides, like UPS drop-off and notary for documents. Yvonne was so amazing that when I had to run another errand for something completely unrelated, I made sure to choose this Postal Annex to run that errand all because of my previous experience with Yvonne. I was hoping I would see her again (and I did). She recognized me and it felt like we were old friends. Yvonne has outstanding customer service. She really makes you feel well taken care of. Hey this place is great! It's my convenient, local neighborhood place to go to return Amazon orders, mail out items, etc. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Yvonne fought hard for me to get a discount after Uhaul failed to provide me with the truck I reserved 6 months before I moved. After finding out I wouldn't have the truck I reserved but a much smaller one, I panicked. If it wasn't for Yvonne I wouldn't have found another truck or trailer to complete my move from California to the East coast. Because of her I got not only a second truck but she also got me a $1000 discount. Even right now she is asking for even further discounts because of the added price of gasoline to drive across country and the lack of the proper size truck that I reserved. read more

Postal Annex on Fletcher Parkway is the best place to-complete your business, postal needs and picking up supplies, such as greeting cards. The ladies that work there are amazing. They jump in to help in anyway they can. I love to do busy there because I can chat and catch up on socialization, and take care of business all at the same time. I've recently gotten into selling on Ebay and have needed a place to print items and ship packages. Both times I've been to this store the 2 ladies behind the counter have been INCREDIBLY nice and helpful. They've given me tips on shipping and different ways to save money. They even put one of my packages in another one of their boxes because the flat rate was able to save me a couple extra bucks! How cool is that? They chat with every customer that walks in and makes everyone feel welcome. I have been to many other postal annexes since I've been reselling but this one is by far the best. Always used them. But if the UPS Store person is not going to accept a package though Amazon explained how to return it and the very same person re-explained how to return it, and then would not accept the package as wrapped for return--as explained because they "don't accept anything those dimensions unless it's in a box" they should have called Amazon about it! If you need knowledgeable passport assistance come here and see Yvonne! We went to other many places that gave us incorrect information. Yvonne went above and beyond of just taking passport photos which is the service they offer here. She told us where to get forms, what to bring to appointments at the post office and so much more.
