Jenny is VERY on top of things. She was constantly providing listings, always answered her phone, and was quick in responding to e-mails and text messages. There was one occasion where she was unable to meet with us, but graciously sent her assistant and it ended up being the house we decided upon. This allowed her to literally be in two places at once, and she even texted with us when we were looking at the house to check in on us. I own a home in the area and my parents are considering making the move from Orange County to Long Beach. Whenever I see a house they may like, I stop in for a peek and for property information. :) Since I had my dog in tow, my friend stayed outside with him while I started to explore the ground floor. After a few minutes the realtor popped up. I said hello and don't recall whether or not she even greeted me before saying "a black thong with a white sundress is never a good look." I was taken aback, as I was wearing a white dress. I replied "I'm not wearing a black thong." She said something to the effect of "I can see it." I felt extremely uncomfortable and ended my tour right there. My friend heard the exchange outside and was disgusted and mortified about what happened. I have posted a cropped picture from today of the bottom of the sundress in question, but really, what I wore to the open house should not matter. Perhaps the lighting in the kitchen was harsher than it was outdoors, but my friend did not think the Realtor's comments were appropriate or even justified. I worked retail positions in my youth and even as a young adult knew better than to judge a customer's clothing choice or give unsolicited opinions about a patron's wardrobe for any reason. I do not want this woman to lose her job, but I would like her to know that her behavior is absolutely unacceptable in a customer service environment. I do not wish to name her publicly, but I hope she reads this and reflects on her customer service skills. I returned to the home after the open house was over to confirm her brokerage agency so I could write a review. I also left a message with the agent whose number was on the top of the sign. I will privately provide details of the exchange but will not mention this agent's name publicly, as I don't want to damage her reputation. I am solely writing this review in hopes she will not treat others in this manner again.
