My first day was a disaster because I didn't know where to go or what to do and no one was around to direct me. This made me feel overwhelmed... until I picked up the baby and he was smiling so I know he had a good day.

She has such a calm, kind, and respectful way of speaking to the children--it's clear she truly understands and values them as individuals. The kids respond so well to her; they listen and engage because she speaks to them in a way that makes them feel seen and heard. She meets them at their level, both emotionally and academically. Special thanks to Ms. Maria, Ms. Sara who have also been shining stars of our experience.
