At the very beginning of the month my daughter was suspended for behavior even though I believe the teacher mishandled the situation. I decided to pull her from the school since it was her last month and I was told I would be refunded for the tuition I paid for May, nearly $1,200 since she only attended 2 days that month. When my follow up calls weren't actively being ignored I was told by office staff that the director Kris handled financing and would call me back. This went on for months before I gave up on being refunded. Months later I'm still upset with how they handled the situation. They discussed my personal information with my family who also had a child enrolled and even issued her a partial refund when she parted ways early, but not me. I feel disrespected by the situation and because of that I would never recommend this daycare to anyone I know personally.

On multiple occasions when around other parents of children they are always impressed how ahead CCS kids are. The school has a preschool and makes the transition to Kindergarten SO much easier which helps children start learning sooner since they don't have as long to get over being in a new environment. Since before school and after school care is onsite it makes it much more comfortable to kids to stay after school if parents need the extra care. During COVID this school was one of the very few that kept kids engaged and didn't let them fall behind. I saw so many other schools have kids that are a year or two back because of COVID, but CCS did an amazing job to continue education and keep things as normal as possible. The principal has introduced so many sports and clubs with the help of staff. The community of parents and teachers has been what I had always hoped to have. I HIGHLY recommend this school.

My child has now been in 3 different classes (started in infant classes and now toddler class) and has enjoyed each class. You know the teachers are doing something right when your child runs up to class every day! The perks of going to KinderCare are the curriculum set in place for each age level. My child had learned sign language in the infant class and now knows more words than an average two year old. We are greeted with big, welcoming smiles each morning! Oh and the app that they use helped ease any anxieties I had when initially leaving my child in care. I receive updates throughout the day of what she has eaten, how long she napped for, when her diaper was changed and the best part...pictures!!
