When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service.
