Then she sent someone out that afternoon (on the 31st) to look over my current setup to check for code issues or other concerns that might increase the cost. Finding nothing, he wrote me a quote for the same amount as I was given on the phone and then said "want us to do it today?" We had other things going on, so we opted to keep our appointment on the 2nd. On the 2nd, the crew arrived early and had the new unit in and everything cleaned up in about an hour and a half.
