No disinfecting agent was used. They didn't touch the other bathroom. They also removed perfectly good flooring in a kitchen that we wanted to keep. The basement looked fantastic immediately after they finished. Fast forward to now, about a week ago our renter noticed standing water in the basement so Northern Basement Systems came out same-day for a service call. They determined that it wasn't a part of the system they installed, but was a fitting on a pipe that was leaking. They fixed the pipe and didn't even charge us! Our tenant texted raving about how polite they were this time around as well. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for basement waterproofing solutions. Within a half hour of calling late last Saturday evening, the PuroClean technician was at the door. Before leaving that night, he gave us his personal cell number and said to call him if we had any questions the next day - Sunday. We called; he returned our calls twice and answered all of our questions. And the same technician returned Monday morning and the next several mornings as well to check on the dryness. It wasn't clear early on whether there would be insurance coverage, so we appreciated that PuroClean was thoughtful in determining which sections of drywall, built-in cabinetry and flooring needed to be removed to expedite drying. We spoke several times with the PuroClean office personnel in the following days, and they, too, were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
