We picked out a bunch of our own tiles and materials from Amazon and other online stores, and Shamas had no problem incorporating them into the project. He also pointed us toward more budget-friendly options when it made sense, and threw in some design suggestions that ended up being some of our favorite parts of the finished space. The end result speaks for itself -- every room was brought back to life, and honestly looks better than before. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch; you'd never guess the place had been through that kind of damage. On top of the great work, Shamas and his team were just really easy to deal with -- quick to answer the phone, always punctual, and kept us updated the whole way through. You could tell they took real pride in getting things right. The reasoning he said is that they, Dalton Carpet Outlet of Snellville, were not interested in doing small jobs. So much for trying to support local business. Sadly he doesn't think that a " small job" now could lead to a larger job and possible jobs for friends. I have never been so shocked by lack of care in a business in my life.
