Earl did an amazing professional job and follow-up. Over the past 15 years, my couch has been moved three times and never cleaned. The cushions were mashed, the material sad and the sofa sadder. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give Earl an 11. He is, by far, the best in the industry in the this area. He is thorough, on time, incredibly kind, and does an all around excellent job. He has cleaned my carpets on two occasions, including most recently today, as I spilled laundry detergent and needed a last minute carpet cleaning to prevent the stain from setting. He is great at getting out hard to clean stains and making old carpet look new. I aprpeacite his dry clearning method which leaves the carpet walkable in virtually no time at all. What I appreciate most is that Earl brings his daughtess with him to help with the work. As a dad of daughters, I think it is so awesome that Earl is clearly committed to teaching his daughters his business. Finally, I should mention that his prices are more than reasonable. Very impressed with this company. We had a new 9 x 12 wool dining room rug where our dog had left a stain when he had diarrhea this weekend. I saw the positive Yelp reviews for this company and contacted them on Monday morning. Before noon, they were here cleaning the rug. Unfortunately, we had used an over the counter product when it happened, so the stain is still lightly visible. Preston fully informed me when I called that if another product was used first, that they might not be able to totally remove the stain. Earl charged us just for the usual minimum visit and left us with product to use in the future for pet stains. We will definitely use this company for future rug cleaning since we have several area rugs as well as some wall to wall carpeting in our new home. read more

I paid him 150.00 to clean my carpet. uploaded how my carpet looked after he finish and by the looks of it you would never think I got my carpet cleaned. Every single spot was still in my carpet. I even have faded circles in my carpet now. The only full room he had to do was the living room and it look HORRIBLE. I called home advisory and complained and he said he wouldn't return because I wrote a review on him nor did he want to give my money back for the poor quality of work he has done. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I could have gotten a rug doctor and cleaned my carpet better then he did. He and his associate worked thoroughly and efficiently for 1.5 hours to complete the job of cleaning wall to wall carpet in 3 bedrooms and living room plus sofa. He was even able to greatly soften the dark shadow that develops along hollow walls. The total price of $325 was a real value including a bag of touch up carpet cleaner to use in between services.
