They stay in touch and confirm your appointment, and give you a heads up when they're on their way. They show up on time, are very friendly, and do an excellent job. They are also reasonably priced. They use an environmentally friendly wet cleaning process so your carpets will remain damp for a number of hours after the cleaning. But it is worth it. Highly recommended.
