Carpet guy is professional and honest. His work is excellent and would hire again. He doesn't over price his jobs. Gives you a break and wants to see you again. He did forget to attach outside hose but not big deal. He only took 1 hour to do three rooms and 3 area rugs. He deep steamed them and did an excellent job on 5 year old carpets. I don't often need a carpet cleaning service as I have all tile. But these guys have done great work on my couches and I have many pets. Recently I acquired an extremely large area carpet and it got dinghy quick so I called them out. They did a great job on it! Looks new :). I also had them do our 36' fifth-wheel. This guy - the owner David Varnum - doesn't even deserve a single star. Lazy. And inept. Zero quality and zero integrity. Charged me to strip and wax my concrete finished floors - and instead waxed over the latex paint (from repair guys) that floor stripper most certainly removes. If I could give negative stars I would! This company will only give a 3 hour time frame of when they will arrive. I called in the morning to see if I could get a better idea of when they would arrive and the woman who answered the phone was very unpleasant and informed me they never know how long each job is going to take. Great Company! I was doing research on different companies to get my carpet cleaned. While looking online I heard some noise outside so when I went out front to see what it was, I see a van at the neighbors house two doors down. They were getting carpets cleaned. I go back inside and checked reviews and BBB and that pretty much made up my mind. After I heard the machine shut off I went over and introduced myself and asked if they had time to give me an estimate. David came over and seen what was needed and gave a really great quote. I accepted the price and he called the office to get a day scheduled. The day they came out and time they said that they would call me to give exact time they would be here was spot on! I have never had a company deliver as to when they would show up. David did not come out as he was not feeling well but his partner did and he did an awesome job and was very professional like as to how he handled doing the job by himself. I was standing in my daughters front yard winding up her garden hose and had about 4 feet in the street, and here comes the Carpet Guy, he had the whole street to drive on and he choose to run over the hose, My daughter and I both saw him do it so I watched where he went and yep he backed into my neighbors driveway, I went down to speak to him about it and he blew me off, He couldnt care less about it as far as he was concerned I was just bothering him, Bad driver and and bad attitude. read more
