This experience was truly unique. This company showed up to clean our carpets and a pipe broke at our house as we were trying to hook up the cleaning system. I saw the Dial Carpet Cleaning truck outside of our neighbors house so I figured I'd give them a try. The person I texted with was professional and responsive when I reached out, but I have to give three stars because our carpet didn't look much different than before it was cleaned. Also, the job was done at 2:20 pm so we left for several hours with the ac on and our windows open. 5 hours later at 7:30 our carpets were still soaking wet. Some spots were even wet at 6:00 am when we woke up. They only sent one technician for our 2,200 sq ft house, so I'm not sure if that's the reason the job wasn't done very well. He sat in our front doorway looking absolutely exhausted when he was done. read more

I decided to try this company as they had many good reviews however mine is not a good one. A- I was unaware of arrival time. I received a text with a general window of time, days ahead of time, and nothing in the day of service. A 15 minute lead time would be appreciated. B- the cleaning was very quick but water surrounded all open edges of carpet and no clean up was done. C- I inquired about pet treatment upon booking but received none. D- I received no formal invoice, quoting me cost of service or showing payment. E- my house smelled like cigarette smoke/dirty ashtray shortly after service was completed, and this home has never seen an ashtray or cigarette! That was the most disappointing of all!! I vacuumed 5 hours after shampooing hoping to draw out any smells or anything residual. I realize there are plenty of great reviews and perhaps my bad experience was a rare one. Absolutely the WORST experience. My carpet had an iron burn and I needed it repaired. I called Dial and they quoted $350 for the repair and cleaning. The tech came in and repaired the iron mark and it looks fair. But the closet where he took the patch looks horrendous. I called the owner Don and he proceeded to threaten my family and I, telling us that he had my address (where the repair was made) and he would be there soon to physically hurt me (a woman) and punch another carpet repair man that I called to come fix his mistake! Ridiculous service from the JOKE of an "owner" I feel bad for the poor people working for this company and for anyone that calls them for any type of service. When we moved to Vegas 5 years ago, we hired this awesome company to clean the carpet, stretch it and remove odor. Fast forward...the carpet from 5 years ago was replaced. Mostly with tile. We had carpet installed upstairs. I swear I almost high centered the vacuum shortly after the install. So many ripples! We called the Dial's and Jose came out, stretched and cleaned the "new" carpet. I contacted Dial Carpeting to clean and deodorize the carpets in four rooms. I selected them because they had one of the lowest prices and factored in the deodorizing as part of the quote. The technician, Paul Trujillo, cleaned the carpet on my stairs without charging which was a really nice and unexpected bonus. The job was done very well, quickly and relatively inexpensively ($159 for four rooms including deodorizing for pet urine). He promised to lighten certain stains and well it looked the same after I told him that he persisted that he told me they wouldn't come off, basically calling me a liar. I needed a 8'X10' area rug cleaned badly due to a sick senior dog of ours who was having frequent accidents on our rug. However, I needed a carpet cleaning company that did the cleaning at their location because it sits on my wood floors which is throughout and did not want wet or damp carpet on it. The carpet cleaning company I contacted only provided service in the home but they recommended Dial Carpet cleaning. I'm so grateful for that recommendation. I contacted Dial and spoke with Ronnie. Dial carpet is not on Valley View, they moved. They picked up a large Persian carpet from my home and now they deny they didn't pick it up. The phone number that I have rings and Dial Carpet picks up. Yet they say it's not their number. There is somethlong very wrong and I will file a police report. Even the last carpet cleaning service I'd had didn't get out the stains. However, Dial Carpet Cleaning did the trick! They were extremely professional, and I appreciated the text notification when the service person was en route.
