The cuts were far from acceptable the seam were so sloppy put together they ended up rolling and coming up. They came out said they'd redo floor at no cost. With different vinyl than we paid for. That if you put a chair on it it would indent the vinyl very cheap and very uncomfortable to walk on. They had another installer come in (Sid) he wasn't familiar with seams continued calling office. He laid the floor not only one seam but two within 21/2 feet of each other. Same thing started pulling up and rolling. Continued to text sid he would say if he has time he'll come fix it. While Steve knew that there was a problem as he asked Randy, Randy told him he was waiting for Sid to come back. Steve if Sid knows about he'll come fix it. No Sid and no check up call from Steve Nor Troy ( The Higher ups) I speak with Joel which he done more than Steve, Troy or Sid. Have all messages if need verification. We tell Joel we're going to go through someone else as Sid never showed up no call from Royal floors, Let them know we'd have someone else come in on January11th. We recieve a message January 12th if you havent gotten your floor redone Steve & I would like to come in and fix the flooring. How convenient day after we told them were having someone else come in. Again I have messages. Day late $1700 later. Then we get if you had someone come in a redo the flooring what can Steve do about it. How about a refund or labor cost refunded..... Also if you haven't heard from Sid call back. Hello you all know the how about your company reach out. This went on for over a month before we had someone else come in. Not once did they do a horrible flooring job but twice. Think twice before hiring Royal floors in Fernley, Nevada. Like I said I have photos of both jobs and all messages if need verification. He helped me make the best flooring choices for me and even considered my life style. He also factored in what I could afford and gave me great suggestions on how to keep costs down. From Steve to the guy who measured and to Shane and Dakota, who put the floorings in, I was impressed. All extremely pleasant and helpful. They even made sure that I knew how to care for my new floors. They gave me great ideas on how to clear out the house and where to temporarily store things. They moved my furniture for me and then put it all back. As to the floorings, I am so pleased with the colors. I enjoy my house so much more now. It looks exactly the way I had pictured it. With the new paint, it looks like a model home. I could not be happier. My dad used this company as well and had all the same guys. We have all been impressed and very happy with their work. These are expensive investments so you want the best. You will not be disappointed.

I spoke with Codi the week before closing and he offered a ball park quote but wanted to get into measure to be precise. Unfortunately, I couldn't let them in until we closed and wanted the floor done in the same week, so we could move the following week. They came on a Tuesday to measure and confirm the quote, which did not change from the original and was very fair. They started on Wednesday and finished on Friday. The floor cured on Saturday/Sunday and we moved in on Monday. It was such a tight timeline and we were so busy, I didn't have time to get them any payment until after the work was done. They went out of their way to get it done so we could move on time. Results are fantastic. Thank you.

Our floors turned out great, but it was kind of a mixed bag of an experience…read more THE GOOD: The flooring selection process: Cory was friendly and helpful and I got what I needed at the show room in under 30 mins. The measure: the turnaround time between my show room visit and the in-home measure was extremely fast. Jason also sent us the quote really quickly. The installation: we got both carpet and hard flooring. Brian (hard floors) gets a 5 star. Work quality was amazing, and he meticulously cleaned up after himself every day so there wasn't a speckle of dust left behind the whole time he was here. He got the work done faster than anticipated and instead of cutting out early every day, he just kept going. Steve (carpet) was also great. He found a defect in our carpet and could've taken the easy route and installed it without saying anything, but he made sure we knew about it and had a say in the matter. Once the new carpet arrived, he got the work done really quickly. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: The scheduling: we were scheduled for demolition the day after thanksgiving but had a no-call no-show. We couldn't get that resolved for a few days because they were closed longer than usual due to the holiday. It would've helped if someone called to confirm the appointment before everyone went out of office. No explanation was given, so no idea what happened. The demolition: Jason rescheduled the demo asap, but the crew didn't vacuum or do any meaningful cleanup. In fact, the installers were surprised at the mess they left behind. Also, we were supposed to paint our floors with Kilz in between the demo and installation but the demo guys already put down carpet tacks, so we had to spend time removing those ourselves so that we can paint. There were lots of loose nails and debris on the floor from the demo so it was not an easy job. The lack of attention to details caused some non-value-add work for everyone. The flooring: it doesn't seem like Full Circle does a QA check on their materials before sending it out to the work site. We were surprised that no one caught the defect in our carpet until Steve was about to install it. This caused a delay in our timeline, which is a pretty big inconvenience when you have to temporarily vacate your home to accommodate the demo/installation. We had other contractors lined up, which also had to be rescheduled. Also, the spare nosing they ordered for Brian was broken. Thankfully, he was meticulous enough that he didn't need them, but there was no margin for error. Imagine the added delay if that wasn't the case... In the end, our floors did end up looking really great so Full Circle gets a 4 star. The hassle we experienced might cause us to consider other contractors in the future, though.

Yelp doesn't recommend reviews when they have reason to believe the reviews are ported by someone paid by the business. But in this case, this man doesn't even have a listened and this a crime in the state of Nevada! I cannot be more disappointed with the way ay my bathroom looks and the money I wasted. I'm not even convinced that if I shower in it, it won't leak everywhere and have water damage. He didn't even bother to properly waterproof my shower with RedGard around the seams, did not put thin set over the entire back of tiles and do not cover the seams of the concrete wall with thinset. One of the tiles installed is cracked. See pictures. The framing around the edges sticks out past the tile. The niche is all uneven and I had to ask him to uninstall two tiles that had already cured in the wall because he installed in the wrong direction. The list goes on. I will update my review with more detail pictures.
