Sergey showed up on time, was very professional & very accommodating. With everything I showed him that others didn't want to touch his response was "we can do that!" Others wanted me to do a bunch of prep myself so I would have had to find & hire someone else to do it. Mark (the installer) was amazing! He let us know he would be coming by a couple days ahead to see what the job looked like. He was super efficient & obviously knows what he is doing. Watching him work makes you realize how skilled he is at his job. He was nice, always professional & communicated really well. Pointing out all the pros and cons and colors, I decided on the new LVP flooring- waterproof and a lifetime warranty, and looks like hardwood. I was able to take home four large samples and live with them and move them around to be sure to get the one I could live with forever. Prosource even gave me the names of a couple of installers. They came out quickly, measured and returned a itemized statement of moving furniture and appliances, removing old carpet and tile, and installing new floor and trim. Price seemed very reasonable. I was able to pay half on order and the rest the following month when it came in. Can't wait now as we sent the install for mid May. Thanks Erica for all your knowledge and help.

We didn't ask for a refund, we asked for replacements and were told that that would only happen if we hired an ispector from their list and paid the $350 inspection fees. We agreed to this and began contacting every inspector within a 200 mi radius. I won't bore you with the multiple reasons there are no inspectors within a 200 mi radius, but there aren't. ProSource sympathizes with us that there are no inspectors but not that we are out $2500 for carpets that are unusable.

As a first time flooring shopper I was a little over whelmed with all the store options as well as just how many different floor options I had to choose from. Starting my project I must have shopped around to just about every flooring store in Northern Nevada. Every store seemed to contradict what another store had said. I also felt like I was being pushed or maybe even bullied a little to make my choice and hand over my hard earned cash just to make a sale. After months of going over samples and trying to get my project done I happened to come across National Wholesale Flooring. I went in and was in awe on just how I was helped right away by such a friendly young gal. She asked me a few questions on my life style and was able to bring me straight to products within my price range that was also practical for my home. Recently had one of my customers order carpet from here. Salesperson was explicitly told that the measurements were for 12' wide carpet. This was $72yd carpet and took weeks to get so when it showed up 13'6" wide, I and my customer were not happy as we were 9' feet short on the length. We tried several times to contact the manager Joe Zeigler but we were never contacted back by him. We were told by our salesperson that the mistake was indeed National Wholesales but there was no offer to make things right, an apology, or even an offer of a discount on the carpet balance ($900+) needed for our troubles. I have been dealing with them for 13 years and have watched this store go downhill the last 5 years at an accelerated rate. I will no longer do business with them and I urge you, the consumer, to explore other avenues as there are several other companies in the Reno/Sparks area with equal or better pricing and excellent customer service. read more

We also got quotes from Home Depot, and Spangler beat them across the board. On top of that, they included baseboard removal and reinstallation instead of quarter round, offered a much higher quality vinyl plank, and better carpet overall. The install itself was quick and efficient, and every question we had was answered thoroughly. They truly went above and beyond by fixing floor creaks, repairing a chipped baseboard, and even addressing a chipped tile I asked about. The cuts were far from acceptable the seam were so sloppy put together they ended up rolling and coming up. They came out said they'd redo floor at no cost. With different vinyl than we paid for. That if you put a chair on it it would indent the vinyl very cheap and very uncomfortable to walk on. They had another installer come in (Sid) he wasn't familiar with seams continued calling office. He laid the floor not only one seam but two within 21/2 feet of each other. Same thing started pulling up and rolling. Continued to text sid he would say if he has time he'll come fix it. While Steve knew that there was a problem as he asked Randy, Randy told him he was waiting for Sid to come back. Steve if Sid knows about he'll come fix it. No Sid and no check up call from Steve Nor Troy ( The Higher ups) I speak with Joel which he done more than Steve, Troy or Sid. Have all messages if need verification. We tell Joel we're going to go through someone else as Sid never showed up no call from Royal floors, Let them know we'd have someone else come in on January11th. We recieve a message January 12th if you havent gotten your floor redone Steve & I would like to come in and fix the flooring. How convenient day after we told them were having someone else come in. Again I have messages. Day late $1700 later. Then we get if you had someone come in a redo the flooring what can Steve do about it. How about a refund or labor cost refunded..... Also if you haven't heard from Sid call back. Hello you all know the how about your company reach out. This went on for over a month before we had someone else come in. Not once did they do a horrible flooring job but twice. Think twice before hiring Royal floors in Fernley, Nevada. Like I said I have photos of both jobs and all messages if need verification. They even made sure that I knew how to care for my new floors. They gave me great ideas on how to clear out the house and where to temporarily store things. They moved my furniture for me and then put it all back. As to the floorings, I am so pleased with the colors. I enjoy my house so much more now. It looks exactly the way I had pictured it. Alex and his team were a struggle to work with. My carpet installed was delayed by his team. I was…read moretold that they did not have enough carpet to finish the stairs. Which I though was unusual because there was a lot of carpet left in my garage that seemed to be enough to finish. When one of his lead installers Mike came to finish the job, he told me that they did in fact have enough carpet to finish the job, and that the installers could not figure out how to install the carpet on the stairs. Mike then had to remove much of the carpet that was installed in the hallway and re-install it because the original installers did not know how to match patterns at the seams of the carpet. These delays prevented us from moving into our new home by 2 weeks. I used his service because we went to GCO Carpet Outlet for our carpet. The GCO team was great to work with. If you get carpet from there, make sure you don't use his team unless you want to be lied to and have your install delayed. After following up, they did not admit that they were dishonest and lied to us. Mike was a good installer and person to work with however. Furthermore, there are several locations around the home where the pad feels lumpy under the carpet. This is something we have to live with now. I am not happy with his service and wish I had a different installer company.

He then consulted with us, in detail at various points of the project, to ascertain that his remedial actions would be acceptable. He also cheerfully sacrificed his time to employ methods that would entail significantly more time but resulted in the best outcome. We would recommend Ryan without reservations. He toiled non-stop until 11 p.m. on Sunday to ensure minimal disruptions to my week, as he knows I work from home. Despite the grueling schedule, he maintained the most upbeat and pleasant demeanor. Pricewise they are middle of the road, but the quality has always been excellent. I have caught other companies cutting corners (skipping 3rd coats, or not properly prepping surfaces before coating. Some jobs have been booked within a week, others we have had to book out a couple months due to Jeff and his team being busy (a good sign). Hopefully if you are in need of there services, you can schedule a time that works out for you. Definitely worth the wait if they are backed up.
