When we were doing a final walk though and I noticed how poorly the carpet was cleaned and ask if someone could come back out and RE-clean the carpet, I was told yes and someone would come out...the day someone "came out" the door was not knocked on and the doorbell was NOT rang, instead a note was left on my door. NO ONE called me to let me know they were there. Today we rescheduled to have someone come out I was told to have a payment ready when he arrived today to fix it...PAYMENT FORRRRR WHAT? This carpet was NOT by any means cleaned correctly , I work for Complete Turn-Key Services so I know EXACTLY how CLEAN carpet is supposed to look. Highly disappointed in the customer service I received. I will make sure everyone knows about my experience. I text the owner of Ace Carpet Cleaning out of Ocens Springs, Ms to let him know we had streaks and spots left after cleaning the next day and the owner " Paul " went directly to the old " done got your money and don't care anymore " by saying the only way to get any better than what he had done was to get new carpet and called me an unsatisfiable customer after the first contact. I then used my home cleaner the very next day and got plenty of dirty water right on the carpet that just got cleaned ! If you choose to use this company be prepared for Mr. KNOWITALL and also to get RIPPED OFF ! 1 STAR because u have to put something or u can't post.

Stanley Steemer is well below par when it comes to customer service, the services they provide and…read moretrying to get a call back from a manager. Below is complaint sent to the Better Business Bureau on December 16, 2024. Stanley Steemer ignored the BBB's attempts to contact them. However I learned they are NOT accredited with the BBB. That is who they are. On December 4, 2024, they came out to my house, were there a bit over 2 hours and charged me $2,200.00. To say the job was not well done is a gross understatement. My house is 1,200 sq ft. I have seven air vents. The air vents were to be cleaned and that was not done. I had to get them to come back as they were leaving to do the primary vent. All they did was hose it down. Clean to me means you take down the vents and wash and dry them before putting them back on. This was not done, not even close. I still have the lingering scent of the dog previous owner had. I was charged $899 for this cleaning service. Which leads me to say one size does not fit all. $899 plus tax for nothing. It's time Stanley Steemer to reevaluate/change pricing. Base pricing on the square footage of the dwelling. They also did the floors and grout. Because I was getting my furniture delivered on Dec 5 I got down on my hands and knees to tape down brown construction paper to protect the floor. While doing this I found dust and other left over vent debris on the floors. Being a conscientious consumer, I tipped the guys who came out. This was before I found what I just described. I expect a 75% refund from that service. Furthermore, since Dec 5 I have been trying to get a callback from the manager. I have called 5 times to date. I do not even know his/her name and contact info, so I have to keep calling. I do not even know if my message was received. I paid over $2,200.00 for this service. The actual cleaning was not done. I will not ever recommend using Stanley Steemer to anyone. Also, I tried attaching a picture but was unable to do so. And of course there is no email address to contact anyone at corporate. I do expect a call from a decision maker. Because of the inadequate service I received I canceled the follow-up service I had to clean my furniture. Regards, Michelle S

At 12:45 I called and they said they were almost here. At 12:50 they called and asked what floor I was on. I said 3rd floor. He said their cleaning truck equipment wouldn't reach that high. I had given my apartment number which is 306 when I scheduled. What a waste. I went to Walmart and bought a carpet cleaner for half of what I would have paid these people and did it myself. I don't recommend this company for anything. Look at the owners response...shouldn't the business screen the location instead of the customer having to know what information they need?
