Clark's ad came in a door hanger so I decided to call on the spur of the moment when I saw it. He came with only one day notice (company coming) and was here on time. Clark's did an excellent job and the whole house looked like I had new carpet, even the stairs. There were some stains that were here when we bought the house and although he tried to get them out, he couldn't. I was impressed that he tried as hard as he did. After getting the runaround with some other local companies, I found Lamar online. I called and they answered on the first ring and then showed up ON TIME that same day to give me a quote which was very fair. The communication is top notch - their automated system sends a text message when they are on their way - and every phone call you speak directly to the owner who will be doing your cleaning. I was very impressed with the care they took in cleaning our carpet. The furniture was moved and put on small styrofoam blocks and the 30+ year old carpet looked great once they were finished. I saw that they also offered dryer vent cleaning using a suction system and reluctantly had them do this for us, though I wasn't convinced it was necessary. They sent a video of the process and the incredible amount of lint that was pulled out of the vent - no wonder there are so many vent fires! I am so glad I added the dryer vent cleanout to the service. All in all a fantastic experience working with Lamar and I would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived almost 5 hours later than promised. When the technicians arrived, they told me I pretty much got all of the water up myself and there wasn't anything they could do; but charged $164.25 to show up to tell me that. They were in my house roughly 5 minutes. I would not recommend this place!!!
