I called and they answered on the first ring and then showed up ON TIME that same day to give me a quote which was very fair. The communication is top notch - their automated system sends a text message when they are on their way - and every phone call you speak directly to the owner who will be doing your cleaning. I was very impressed with the care they took in cleaning our carpet. The furniture was moved and put on small styrofoam blocks and the 30+ year old carpet looked great once they were finished. I saw that they also offered dryer vent cleaning using a suction system and reluctantly had them do this for us, though I wasn't convinced it was necessary. They sent a video of the process and the incredible amount of lint that was pulled out of the vent - no wonder there are so many vent fires! I am so glad I added the dryer vent cleanout to the service. All in all a fantastic experience working with Lamar and I would recommend them to anyone.

Then it came time for the rebuild/ flooring part. They came out and took measurements the week after the remediation services were complete. He said the estimate would be turned into insurance by the end of the week. I never saw anything by the next week so I called a few times that week and sent a text. Never received an answer or call back. Insurance had still not received and estimate nor an update from them either. By the second week after calling again with no answer, I texted the first person I dealt with and explained what had been happening. I was then told "you should probably find another company. We are no longer Interested in the job." So they left me for over two weeks with no kitchen with me believing they were working on it. They ripped it all out so they knew I needed rebuilding asap, but they just let me sit. I don't suppose the owner would have ever called me back to let me know they were ghosting me.
