The owner called one of his installers and the dude could do it the next day. Same day if I really needed it. Are you kidding me? The installation went perfectly, the installer left the place spotless and 24 hour service. I gave five stars because there wasn't an option for six I highly recommend!

We decided on a carpet after taking samples home and RJ said he'd order the carpet and it would take about 10 days. 3 weeks later I called wondering if the carpet had arrived. They said it had arrived yesterday and he'd call the next day with an install date. 3 days later and no call, I called back and was told they could install it the next day. The installer was amazing! Informative, knowledgeable and top tier. I just felt that since it was such a small job it wasn't as important. I do like the runner though-very nice addition. Our sales person, Rob, was extremely knowledgeable because he has years of experience actually putting in various types of flooring. They had a large selection to choose from and let us take several samples home. We chose a very high-quality floor since we have two large dogs. The grocery shopping and customer service was good until it was time to order a pizza. The guy that was making the pizza didn't have good customer service. For reason he kept skipping me for my order kept serving other people that were after me. As I tried to be nice asking him if he knew how much time he had a rude attitude and answer. Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag but he was African American and making the pizzas.

I needed a natural fiber (cotton canvas) tufted sofa cleaned after it was stained with coffee. Abel the technician was very upfront and honest. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn't any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I air dried the cushions they look good as new! For background, I shopped around quite a bit and ended up starting with another company in town who offered a lower price and assurances that they would do quality work. That other company let me down after starting demo and leaving on day one. Upon my first visit at Comfort Flooring shortly thereafter, Wendy greeted me with a smile and took care of me and assured me that we will take care of her and end up being a happy customer. I certainly am. While a higher price than competitors, the higher cost is worth it for peace of mind and quality work. You get what you pay for, and for a long-term flooring solution, the extra cost is worth it. Wendy's walk-through of our house was helpful and she was very patient as we looked at many, many samples across many days. The ability to take home a few sample panels on a few occasions was nice. Great communication from start to finish, as we had many moving parts with a kitchen renovation and other work to be done in our house. The 2 installers were great. The communication of the whole process was an absolute nightmare. Weekday person refused to answer my questions because the weekend guy sold me the product. Never call back. Original flooring we ordered got backordered by several weeks and they kept stringing us along, eventually we had to pick out a different item all together. I know there is so much more I could tell you but I hope you get the idea. I wouldn't recommend these people to my enemy!!!!
