The person I spoke with,"Rudy", gave me a quote on the back of his card. I saw he listed the flooring at $3.89 a square foot. I had a previous quote from a store in Anaheim on St. College Blvd. at $2.99 a square foot. I told him about this price and he became somewhat angry and said, "Don't even waist your time, go and get it, thanks for stopping by" and then turned and walked away into a back room. I have never found it necessary to leave a bad review for anyone, but I must say, this man was very rude and disrespectful. I waited a long time- too long!- to get new carpet in my home. Unfortunately I need to do a room at a time due to budget. I had seen several very positive reviews about Carpet Station, and have driven by there a million times so finally stopped in. Martha helped me several times over a period of a couple days to look at remnants and talk about pricing. She was patient and helpful. The installers came today and did a beautiful job and I am so pleased with the carpet and the service. The installers had good communication and good humor as they dealt with the job. The dirt-and-dog-hair colored carpet is exactly what I needed! I'm looking forward to doing two more bedrooms with the same carpet that Martha made sure was going to be available in the future. Carpet installation was good, laminate installation was very poor. Crooked cuts and did not go all the way to the wall, gaps show when installing baseboards. I do not recommend them for laminate flooring installation. read more

Danny and his guys took up our tricky floor job and completed with 100% satisfaction. We had to remove our LVP, save those vinyl planks, repair the base floor, level up properly and then put those same vinyl planks back in place. Since our prior installation done by someone else and made so many mistakes, we had to do this repair. Carpet Station came out on a Friday and measured our entire house for carpet and flooring and quoted a price of $7586.00. When I asked for a breakdown by room, I was informed I would need to go to their office on Sunday to get that information. I went to their office on Sunday and was informed by the owner that his wife, Martha, would be in shorty to provide the information that should have been there prior to my arrivial. I informed the owner that I did not have time that day to wait and could he have his wife call me on Monday with the information. After the third call, it was determined that Martha did not have accurate information. I had to call back and question her figures. About an hour later, she called back with a new price of $8,094.00 due to an alleged mistake that she had left off a room on the original quote. I don't know about most of you......but this appears to be a sneaky business tactic. If you are ready to be greatly mislead, use Carpet Station! Don't say you hadn't been warned! read more

The sales guy Rudy helped choose the right kind of carpet for our stairs and bedrooms, with advice on which carpets are pet friendly!! He spent a or of time with us and showed us a great selection of carpets, and he was able to have them installed before Thanksgiving as requested. Another big point was he wore a mask which we totally appreciated!! The price was great and the quality of carpet was also great!! The installers came and fitted the carpets in no time at all, they also moved all of our heavy furniture, and left the place clean with everything put back where it was before. I give 1 star for poor service and in particular, very poor communication. Carpet Station was unable to provide a good estimate for what time the carpet installers would be arriving and were also unable to give any sort of estimate regarding completion time. Carpet Station did not put in any sort of carpet reducer in to separate where the carpet ends and adjacent floor begins. As you can imagine, this creates a very unfinished look and puts a lot of wear on the carpet. They offered to order reducers after making a stink. They ordered them but we are still waiting for them over 6 weeks later. The quality of the carpet we purchased is also questionable. Spots are very hard to get out and several corners are of the carpet are unraveling On the up side, they put in some vinyl that can out very well. For that, I will give them one star back Still overall, not impressed. Would not recommend. read more

We had to replace carpeting in our front and family rooms after a slab leak. We visited a few carpet stores to compare pricing and types of carpet available. We decided to use Carpet Station. Curtis and Michele were patient with us and helped us narrow down our choices after listening to our wants and needs for the carpet.. After bringing samples home to see how they looked in different light, we made our choice. They came to the house to measure and because we choose a pattern, discussed how we wanted it installed. We scheduled installation 3 weeks out because of my schedule ( could of had it sooner ) . Antonio and Antonio came over on time and were very nice in answering my questions. They discussed with me how they were going to lay it so there was only one seam, we have an unusual floor plan. We needed baseboards replaced, as well,which they did also. Worst experience ever!!! We've owned several homes and never had any issues with carpet until now. We purchased carpet from carpet station through Sams club. We had the carpet for about a year and a half when it started to bubble and ripple. We contacted carpet station several times over the course of several months just to be put off by them. They finally came out and stretched the carpet. The problem continued. We waited again for several months before carpet station came out to stretch our carpet for a 2nd time. I finally contacted Sam's club and sent them pictures. Surprisingly carpet station responded to them immediately. Carpet station deemed our carpet defective and stated the manufacturer will replace it. They offered us 3 carpets that were not comparable to what we originally purchased. My husband and I decided to drive down to carpet station where Martha offered us to additional choices . We chose one and the carpet was installed partially over 3 weeks ago! We have seams visible in all doorways and along the middle of our loft upstairs. These people will take your money and then act like they don't know you!!!! read more

Years ago, we had Pergo installed by this company all through the downstairs and new carpeting installed upstairs, we also had them do tile in out bathrooms. The installers had an attitude and expected us to move all the furniture out of our house and back in ourselves, which we did. NEVER AGAIN! Refused to help moving furniture for either installation or completion. And, the tile person refused to seal the grout when finished. read more
