From the mitigation team (shout out to Steven) to the restoration team (shout out to Ryan), every aspect, estimate, and decision was thought out, discussed and agreed upon in a very professional manner. Mitigation knocked it out quick, and the Restoration Team swept in to finish the job. If something looked wrong, they fixed it. Even providing recommendations for things that never crossed my mind.
