I had a lot…read moreof questions about the quality of the product and how the installation would be done and they answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel extremely confident in my purchase. I told them that I had a particular budget and they met those demands and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I made the purchase. I was able to work with the installers on times that fit with my schedule and they explained everything that they were gonna do for the installation. I encourage all people who are making a big purchase to ask questions and don't be afraid to spend time researching the product and understand the process. I was ready to buy my product from Lowes and I am so glad I stopped in to their store and got some samples and asked questions. I would recommend their products and their services for anyone who is looking for new flooring. Thanks for the great experience.

    Went to Flooring of Springfield. Met with Jagdish. He seemed nice enough. I told him what I was…read morelooking for and he showed me some samples. The samples which I did not know at the time where placed on a thick backing and not actually the depth of the actual flooring. When it came in I told him immediately that this was not what he showed me. I wanted to return it. He started yelling and cursing at me. My contractor told him (after I had ordered) that he had over ordered. Jagdish berated him and told him he did not know what he was talking about. I tried to reason with him, my contractor tried and all we got was cussed out, called names, said we were liars and told WE COULD NOT RETURN THE FLOORING. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL AS LONG AS YOU ARE SPENDING YOUR MONEY. HE DOES NOT TAKE IT WELL WHEN YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED. He threw things off his desk, yelled, cussed and kept saying WTF do we expect him to do! STAY AWAY!! I would have given him minus stars if I could have! :(

I have never had an issue until this last project at one of our store locations. I had ordered carpet for actually two of our dinning rooms. I made it clear I did not want anything lite in color, that I was looking more to the black or dark color side. I was shown a board and the salesman pointed out a suggestion. On the sample board it represented what I had wanted. I questioned the salesman since the sample was so small, to make sure it was dark and was assured it was. He even showed me pictures. After it was installed I went to look and was horrified. It was nothing like what was illustrated to me in the sample or pictures. I contacted my representative at Arizona Tile who immediately became defensive instead of trying to hear the concern of a repeat customer who has spent thousands with the company. Keep in mind I had another install at another location coming up the next day, plus a very large project at my home on wood floors and a stone floor. He was more worried about covering his....(you know what) than trying to take care of a good customer. The Representative stated well it's what you picked out. No sorry offered, no what can we do to make you happy offered, nothing. It just became a very combative conversation with no concern for how Arizona Tile was being represented or what a repeat customer has experienced. Just stated it's what you picked out not our fault. Ok, I heard the message loud and clear. Arizona Tile didn't care. The salesman was so intent of shifting the blame to me, the customer he left out the facts that what I got was not what was represented in the samples and pictures shown to me. On top of this, he miss measured and could not finish the job as promised, until three or four days later. Imagine running a dinning room in a restaurant with some carpet missing. As I am writing this review, the job still has not been finished. So the dinning room at my business looks awful and providing a bad experience for my guests. I'm losing business because of Arizona Tiles conduct. We have not heard back from them as of yet. Getting back to the carpet. We asked that the manufacturer rep come out to see the project. That wasn't offered us, we had to ask for that to happen. We got a very combative ok from the salesman. Now, I'm told the manufacturer rep did come out to the location to look, but we were never invited to meet them there to speak with them and for them to hear our side of what took place. Instead all we were told is "Yup they came out, you got what you ordered". There is more. My home project was wood floors in my family room, dinning room, living room and office and stone floors in the kitchen. The same salesman, never got us a quote or measurements after coming out to the house. He was also suppose to get stone samples for us to look at. Well weeks later we get the wood information, when we asked about the stone, he stated, oh I got the sample but thought you were leaning more towards the wood and not the stone so I haven't done anymore with that. We didn't tell him to do that, we were very interested in the stone and that decision should have been left up to us the customer not him. That should have been our big warning about how this entire experience was going to go. But again, we had done business with Arizona Tile in the past with no problems so at the time didn't think much of it, but were taken back by his response. I don't know the owners of Arizona Tile, but I hear they are good people. So I'm very sorry to have to write this about their company. I did think they would have reached out to me though. I want nothing Free, or discounted. In fact we told the salesman to send us the bill for what they have done and we will pay it. Even though it was all wrong. All I wanted was to be treated as a valued customer and the salesman did everything but. For this reason I have canceled the second installation and the wood floor project and stone project has been given to another company. I caution anyone doing business with this Company until the company addresses the issues they clearly have with at least one of their sales representatives and until until they remember that customers are to be valued, not abused. If you do decide to give them a try be very careful. I and my family will not be returning.
