Had my domestic vehicle, Ford Escape, 2008, towed there for re-attach of dislocated 'Serpentine Belt' which detached during the recent Ice Storm on start up. At the time, March 1/23, "Steve" had all three of his Bays filled with three vehicles and told me at the time of the towed arrival of my vehicle and me it would be four hours before he could make a needed auto hoist available before he could do the work. I Explained I'm disabled but would walk three blocks to Giant Tiger to a bit of needed shopping, return and wait. Forty minutes later I returned to notice my vehicle was no longer parked in the spot the tow truck driver of 'Robbins' towing service was not there. Euro Mobil owner and master mechanic, pulled-Straight-out - one of the three hoisted vehicles with no steering ("blown hydraulic steering line") and brought my vehicle in during the forty minutes I was away. "Steve" came out of the bays to say smiling - I'm working on your vehicle now. NO FOUR OUR WAIT ! Charged me forty dollars and would Not take ten dollar tip!! Just asked that in future, as with all his customers, bring your vehicle, register the problem and leave the vehicle for the day. A very-kind Man and master mechanic and low prices!! I wanted to say, consider "Euro Mobil AutoHouse" at Welland Ave & Geneva St for honest good work on your troubled Foreign or Domestic Auto service. Remember Drop and Leave. He's that busy. I was extremely mistreated by a man & a women both wearing Napa Uniform shirts. I don't know the mans name but the women name was Jannette. I also asked for the owners name and # which Janette wouldn't provide me with. The man told me I could call the cops & get a lawyer and kept walking closer to me, while yelling at me until I got into my car to leave. The women was doing the same thing, neither of them trying to listen to me to help the situation when I was just an innocent girlfriend going to pick up our product that WE BOUGHT and I kept trying to tell them that were repeated customers and buy all the time from them.. The women told me to check myself and make sure I'm not dating a liar or scam artist because they were convinced that one or both of us were lying. When they found out I wasn't lying the women told me well how was I supposed to know that?.... Customer service is SO IMPORTANT, these were grown adults. They didn't try at all to listen to me or help rectify the situation in the beginning... it was almost instantly they turned on me and started calling me a liar & when they found out what happened the apology came with a "well how was I supposed to know you weren't lying?" I cannot believe the way I was treated today & truly hope people read this and don't go to this location.
