And their little dog greets you when you arrive which gives the place a very homey feeling for an auto mechanic place. In fact, I was told, "We ask for a $500 deposit and it ensures that we won't sell the car out from under you." That clearly wasn't the case, and it doesn't feel like good business practice. They did offer me a different vehicle, but it was my least favorite color. I asked about other color options available but they said they were at their Plattsburgh location. They said I would have to travel there myself and complete a whole new application, basically starting from scratch. I completely wasted my time. I wouldn't recommend leaving a deposit here, there doesn't seem to be a point if the vehicle can still be sold to someone else.

They took me in immediately and from the get-go worked to get my car diagnosed. My car needed a part they didn't have on hand, so they called all the garages, dealerships and salvage yards in the area to find it. They called pretty much everywhere. Eventually they found the part, retrieved it, and installed it in the car within only two to three hours. And if I remember, the cost of the repair was pretty reasonable, too. This company clearly does not understand customer service, they already had my parts, the insurance money, everything ready to go.
