I am a new resident and condo owner in Destin, FL. I needed new carpet. I tried two different places, one of the companies scheduled to come measure then cancelled at the exact time they were supposed to be there and other self employed carpet installers didn't even show up. I was in FWB and stopped in CCW INC. and was greeted right away, came homes with samples and an installer that day to measure my condo. Talk about service. Jeff A., the installer was going to come the very next day to install it, but due the rain we decided to do it the following week on my day off. He and his partner Mark showed on time and stayed until it the job was done perfectly. It looks beautiful. I highly recommend checking this carpet store before going anywhere else. I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff and Carol Ingham and the folks who work at Carpet Clearance Warehouse. In January 2019 they installed some nice Shaw carpeting for me which, unexpectedly, did not wear well. When I shared the information with them they immediately passed my observation on to the folks at Shaw who sent an inspector out to examine my carpet first hand. Shaw replaced the carpeting with virtually no cost to me. I had shared my concern with Jeff and Carol for the sole purpose of helping them as they led future customers in deciding on carpet for themselves. Yet look what they did to go above and beyond! And look what the folks at Shaw Industries did. When our new carpeting arrived they sent out John Koppels who did a fine installation. Exceptional customer service and integrity. Dan and Marcia Carr are the owners and they treated my husband and I like a member of the family. We love to shop local to support our community as much as possible but usually it's more expensive but the flooring we purchased was not only beautiful and it was a great price! They stand behind their product too!!! As a side note they handle really big jobs too! They deliver and install but I didn't need a bunch so I just picked up our flooring. While Dan was loading it I found out they actually did the floors in one of the new campuses of the church we attend. Although there were a number of stores available for consideration I asked a friend if he'd had any dealings with carpet stores as of late. He pointed me toward Carr's, adding "once you walk in the door you'll realize you won't need to go anywhere else." And he was so right. The store was so neat and tidy I felt I should wrap my shoes in plastic baggies so as not to mess anything up.
