This project took several weeks to complete, which was expected. Basically, it was a complete tear out and rebuild of my yard, patio, decking, front porch and walk, with plenty of pavers, plants and sod. Dillon and his team were outstanding in every way. In all of my years, and houses, I have never worked with a contractor that was as easy as Dillon and his team. I actually consider them my project team. We worked together as a team to make my dream come true. My home looks better than expected. Their diligence and eye for detail is second to none. Pricing was quite reasonable. Not to mention, they are a full service organization. I did not have to sub out to others for tear out, irrigation, low voltage electric, hard and soft scape, gas fire pit, flagpole, and more! They were able to do it all and beautifully. My only wish is that Dillon and his crew could perform the weekly maintenance and house projects! By August, neighbors sent me photos: grass growing up through the fence pickets, no edging along the walks, and beds full of mature, seeded-out weeds. All of that is work the plan covers on every visit. This wasn't a missed week. It was weeks of mow-and-go while I was billed for full service. What happened when I raised it is the real reason for this review: - Aug 11: Emailed photos. Got an apology within minutes and a promise of a site visit that Thursday. No one came. - Aug 14: Emailed to ask if the visit happened. No response. - Called and left a voicemail. Someone called back and promised it would be handled by Monday. Monday came and went. - It took a fourth contact before a crew finally came out and did the work properly, two weeks after my first complaint. No credit, no discount, no acknowledgment for months of substandard service. When I cancelled at closing, I was charged another ~$120 to close out the account. When a crew finally came out, they did what the plan required, and everyone I spoke with was polite. But polite promises that don't happen aren't service. If you can't be on-site to check the work yourself, I'd think twice.

I'm thinking: IDK!? It's YOUR inventory! Anyway, for white quartz, the price is $59/sq. If I said I'm shopping for white quartz, why tell me quartz starts at $49 if I'm going to come up there and find no white quartz for $49? Tell me during my first call that your white quartz starts at $59 or tell me what options are available for $49. Have a form email ready for bargain shoppers to show your cheapest granite and quartz.
