The first time was mediocre, but today was absolutely horrible. The young lady at the front desk was very dry and not super friendly when she got me started on my services. The red light room was filthy. The nurse wasn't friendly and gave me a hard time about the shot that I was getting. I have been using a signature shot off and on since January due to a side effect of a medication that I was taking. She was rather accusatory and questioned me aggressively about why I needed the shot. I pay entirely too much money to be a member at restore for a staff member to question me about anything that I choose to get while I'm there. Unbelievable. My home store would never treat us members like that. My experience was poor and I will never return. Very disappointing.
