I initially purchased a microneedling package with exosomes. On January 30, 2025, I was then sold a Skin Brightening package for $804. Two days later, when I came in for Botox, I was also sold a membership for $299 per month. That same Sunday, I called to ask if I could cancel the Skin Brightening package I had just purchased two days earlier since I had enrolled in the membership. The front desk told me they would check with the manager. I called again on Monday and left a voicemail, and again on Tuesday and left another voicemail. No one answered the phone at the Plano location during these calls. I don't know if the front desk intentionally not picking up the call. On my third attempt, I called from a different phone number and someone finally answered. I was transferred to the manager and placed on hold for about 10 minutes. When I did speak with the Plano manager her, she said she would let me know whether the package could be canceled. I also asked that, if cancellation was not possible, perhaps the amount could be applied as a credit toward another service. It has now been four business days (not including the weekend), and I have not received any call back. I left another voicemail on Monday and also sent a text to the location, but I have received no response. I have continued calling, and no one answers. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially given how much I have spent over the years and the fact that I have referred several clients to the Frisco location. At this point, I truly regret signing up for the $299/month membership due to the lack of response and follow-up from the Plano location. I am asking for someone from corporate or management to please contact me. I should not be treated like this. I also owned a business never will or my staff will I treat my client like this. Hillary you just replied here. Here's my response to you. It seems like you did not read this review well. I have called Plano many times it goes to voicemail. No one picks up the call. There was one time someone picked up and put me on hold over 10 mins. I think based on this your office should call the client...right?

Nalani took me into a private area and asked me what my goals were and what my problems were. The RN that did our IV's did a great job. As someone who also poked people for living, I'm a hard critic, but she did awesome. We had our kids with us, and we felt our kids were welcome also. Nalani and the staff brought us extra chairs in a private room of the spa with a TV while my husband and I sat on massage heated seats and our kids sat, watched tv, and ate snacks they got from the staff. After our treatments, we both felt great! It's been a week already and I am still feeling very focused and energetic. I was able to sign up for a membership for monthly treatments. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and taken to a private room to get the IV - I got the one for cold/ flu symptoms with toradol for body ache and zofran for nausea.
