POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . . . they were texting like crazy to get me in for a digital skin analysis and so I went. I arrived 5 minutes early and had to wait 20 minutes. Since I was on my lunch hour, I inquired as to when I might be seen to which they became angry that I even asked saying they were busy although I was the ONLY PERSON IN THE SPA!!!! I never received my digital skin analysis even after inquiring about it. It bothered me because it seemed to be a waste of my time to visit the spa without the analysis, so I inquired again via text. NO RESPONSE. But, rest assured, they still keep sending me ads for other treatments! And yes, they have replied to that number in the past. JUST POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Meh.... Not the best first impression. Made an appointment for a consultation. Entire appointment lasted 5 min tops. Was told I need a plethora of injections to achieve what I wanted. At that price point I'd rather just go under a knife! I didn't think my situation was THAT bad. Ladies if a medical spa argues over a DOCTORS recommendation I would go someplace else. If you have broken capillaries on your skin, I wouldn't recommend a hydro facial. I went to 2 different dermatologist who all advised me this isn't good for your BROKEN capillaries to be suctioned!! I have had three micro needling treatments here. I came in today for Botox. The lady who administered them was brisk. The reason for the four stars is because I felt as if she was in a rush to get me out of there. I will add some pictures and video if able, and I will update on the after effects too. Wanting to look a little rejuvenated for my 45 class reunion in September, I went in for a free consultation for face injectables. I've had botox and juvederm many times in the past at different medspas. I was concerned mainly about my "marionette " lines on my chin area. I was not expecting to be told that I needed 4 syringes of volume plus botox to achieve a refreshed look. While I had not budgeted for thousands of dollars, I tried to get some alternatives, to which I was told there were none. (This came from a self-proclaimed conservative injector). I got a deluxe hydra facial with Morgan, and she did such a great job. It was my first time getting one, and she explained every step in detail and answered any questions I had. I loved the entire experience. The waiting lounge was really nice and included some drinks and snacks. The massage table/spa bed was nice and warm which made relaxing easy to do. Before my facial Morgan met with me and completed a Visia facial scan. The scan took photos of my face and analyzed various elements such as dark spots, wrinkles, texture, pore size, and bacteria. It was super cool to see how my skin compares to the general population. It gives you some insight in what your current condition is and possibly what you'd want to improve. My hydra facial took about 50 minutes and included about 10 steps! The deluxe included a complimentary dermaplanning procedure, which uses a surgical scalpel to exfoliate your skin and remove dead skin cells and hair. The treatment ended with an extraction procedure, chemical peel, and the insertion of antioxidants and peptides that your skin needs. The facial left my skin looking smoother and brighter. My face felt more clean and my pores were smaller. All of these things I learned during my session with Morgan. Again, she was super informative and made sure I understood all of the procedures she was doing on me. She also checked on me repeatedly to make sure I was comfortable. So, the last couple of years I have started to notice my hair thin on the top of my head. Even though I know the shaved head look can be very sexy for some men, it does make me feel self-conscious. I have tried several treatments including Rogaine, and even hair pills, and none of these have been successful for me. I have considered looking into a hair transplant, but that still sounds to invasive for me personally. I was about to give up hope until I heard about this hair restoration treatment at Rejuve Medical Spa. The treatment involves injection your fresh plasma into your scalp to revitalize your hair. I decided to take the leap and try the treatment. Karen was very professional and did an excellent job explaining the treatment process. The nurse, Jordan, was very patient with me and did an excellent job easing my nerves and walking me through the process. Jordan also has a very gentle touch, I barley felt the injections. I was impressed with the fact I was able to return to work the same day, and I had minimal soreness (that I didn't even noticed unless I touched my scalp) that was gone before the end of the day. They may offer a local nerve block, but I opted out of it, and I think that was the best decision. There really was no pain, and the recovery was so simple and smooth. This was just my first treatment, but I am really excited to see what my results are going to be. After all my treatments are complete, I will post a follow-up with my results. In Nov 2017 I was diagnosed with Bell's palsy (partial facial paralysis) and my face has not been the same since. I have tried multiple treatments but nothing worked like botox. I started getting botox in NJ with a doctor who specialized in bell's palsy patients; however I was recommended to go every 3 months and I travel for work so going back to the same person every time was not possible. Acne scars got worse, avoid this place at all cost. A medical assistant does this procedure here not an actual doctor and I guess this is how they save money. BEFORE: I did a TON of research on laser hair removal and where the best place in the metroplex was to go. Rejuve had great reviews PLUS an awesome deal (buy one area, get two free) at the time so it seems like the place for me. I set up my consultation which went so well. Their staff was kind, knowledgeable, and above all professional. We did a test spot and I got pricing for any and all areas I could ever want laser-ed. In the end I chose 3 spots including my bikini area. DURING: My overall experience has been wonderful. The staff clearly explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how to get the best results. Additionally, it is nice to know that I will have the same technician every single time since I bought a bikini area package so no one else needs/has to see my business. OVERALL: Getting your nether-regions laser-ed is super awkward but the amazing staff at Rejuve makes it totally bearable. I am so glad I chose this place and have recommended to all of my friends. $$$: You book your treatment and have to pay a deposit (20% I think?) The remaining balance is due at your 1st treatment, so there is no "pay as you go option" They are not the cheapest in town, but that is one of the reasons I love this place. Such a classy place. I started off coming to their Addison location, and stuck with them when they moved out here. It is a really really nice facility, the people are very nice, there is a feeling of being pampered from the second you walk through the door. Paperwork is filled out on a laptop which is super convenient. And the laser hair removal I had done here was much more successful than where I had it done previously. I went here a couple of years ago for laser hair removal and decided to write a review because I started doing electrolysis treatments recently. Wow the difference is amazing so much so that I feel I got ripped off and lied to regarding laser hair removal during my consultation here. In that it doesn't really help remove unwanted hair as much as the people here hyped it up to me. Also, I got duped with their marketing thinking it would be fabulous/worth it/quality treatments bc Dallas cheerleaders come here and it is in an affluent neighborhood. I was wrong and now looking back I thought they must be giving these ladies heavy discounts to use their services in exchange for pics etc. This place in comparison to other places is definitely over priced. I also tried laser hair removal after Rejuve at another place (see my review for ultimate image) and I realized how old school/overpriced Rejuve was when this other place used way newer machines and was considerably cheaper. Also, inform and empower yourself and ASK HOW OLD THEIR MACHINES ARE! The technology changes drastically and these machines were so old and that's probably why it didn't work on me. That or they used the lowest, gentlest setting (possible even though I could handle more) just to keep me coming back and spending exorbitant amounts of money for better treatments you can get on groupon or elsewhere. Also, research electrolysis and see if it's right for you bc it actually is a permanent hair removal. May be worth the investment. No point on wasting your money on something you will have to do forever bc it's not permanent like laser. I also did get a hydro facial treatment here and that was very good so that is why I gave two stars. Also, everyone that worked here was kind and welcoming so it wasn't an uncomfortable experience for me. I know that first welcome can make or break what someone thinks about a spa/salon bc women have to be super trusting and in some ways vulnerable to make the decision to spend lots of money and choose a place to do these crazy beauty treatments so that is why I wanted to point that out. I got 2 groupons for service at this medical spa. I went for some fillers and Karen the RN was amazing. She was totally professional and helped ease me with what was about to go into my face. I was definitely squeamish about all the needles, but she really helped me overcome my fear. When i was done with the swelling, I was amazed at how great I looked. I loved, loved, loved the results.
