Middle of the road mall. They have a Sears and a Dollarama. The pet shop and the Renault-Bray are great but the rest, not so much. If you are in a hurry, and need to find a last minute gift. This is a good place. But otherwise. It's a mall with only big box stores that are not so big anymore. On one hand you have everything you could need under one roof. But there is nothing to really make you want to stay. What I mean by this is: There is no cohesion between the stores to make a whole. So you don't feel like strolling around and look at everything. You feel getting your stuff done and to move on. It's an old mall that don't close because there is not much competition and people go there by habit. Location: In St. Jerome, off highway 15. No, you can't use transit to get here from downtown Montreal (not that you would want to!). Parking is available (free). The place: As far as malls go, it's pretty ordinary. You'll find your Sears store and a handful of brand stores, but if you're looking for shops like Banana Republic, Victoria's Secret or Indigo, for example, you're out of luck. I would say this mall caters to everyone's basic needs but that it lacks in store selection. If you're the type who needs luxury items, you probably won't find that here.
