They follow instructions, fold clothes beautifully and are organized. It's a wide range for pickup and drop off (4hrs) that's the only concern I have because I don't want my items outside for long extended time but it is nice because they text when they are on the way, give and ETA and take a photo of your items. This was nice. Finally, the facilities you can pay using the app or just Apple Pay with the QR code in the machine. They range with the washer size $5.25-$10.25 I believe. They offer FREE DRYERS! I went there because I saw the sign. I really like it because there are big name wash and fold services but may people say things get lost or mixed up or they over charge. This place is so personalized and cares about the community I don't and hope that wouldn't ever be an issue. I must say I am pleased thus far.
