Shirt came back with the button removed and replaced a full inch LOWER than before, making it nearly impossible to button. I only wear custom made dress shirts and each one of them is ruined, the first time a button has to be replaced, because their employees [seemingly] have a grudge against their customers. I don't get it. I've had this problem with every dry cleaner in ATL, but this company is the worst as EVERY button replacement is sewn in the wrong place.

The price was well over the rate for patches to be sewn on. By this point I was frustrated and told them I would just come and pick it up. They responded ok. When I arrived I was then informed that my vest was not there and that they would not have it until the next day. I was never informed that this was being outsourced. Even when I told them I was coming to pick it up I was not told that it was not there. This was bad communication and terrible customer service. I am not sure what the cleaners side of things are like but for alterations it is a no go. I should have just drove the extra distance and went somewhere else. The shop is wide open with a counter and a platform with a three sided mirrors. There's a sitting area. The shop is clean inside. I dropped off my work clothes to be dry cleaned. The people that come to these places are very humble and appreciate the service provided including myself but when it comes to getting a refund which is not entirely the customers fault due to machines not fully working properly.
