He has always explained what is happening to cause my pain, provides options for treatment, and ensures that I know what I need to do at home to help take care of the issues. The office staff has generally been very good about greeting me when I come through the door. I've not had any issues with any of the staff. I don't feel disrespected or ignored. Overall I'm happy with the care I have received over the years. Dr. Flood is the best doctor I have and I'm grateful to have a doctor that genuinely cares about his patients.

I am such a huge fan of Dr. Kim - she is so welcoming, personable, super nice, extremely intelligent, very articulate, and does not rush you! She takes the time to listen to you and answer each and every question that you may have. You can tell that she genuinely cares about you and your foot/ankle health - it shows! She is absolutely a Godsend - she provided such a relief, literally - so amazing, as it's literally night and day! Her care and expertise is bar none! Plus, Dr. Kim is fluent in both Korean and in English - huzzah! The office is right off of Kirchoff, and there's plenty of parking around the building. Didn't do a proper job of billing and was denied a life threatening possible infection -at least that's what they claim. So they are blackmailing me for $900 which ironically is the exact amount they quoted for Laser nail treatment. Is it strange that everything is $900? Even a simple nail procedure My wife could have done with a you tube video in the same 10 minutes provided we had anesthetic? Maybe that is what the $900 (On top of the hundreds my insurance did pay) was for. Now, being in financial hardship, his wife called and harassed me incessantly for months even though i was paying as I could...all for naught. Now a collection agency is charging me even more hundreds or reporting me...blackmail all over again. Don't bother with them the nails grew back anyway and they just blackmail you.
