When I got there, they told me they had called me that she was overbooked. I looked at my phone and I wanted to show her. I had no missed calls at all so I don't know what number she called ? The receptionist said that she was going to try to squeeze me in, but the doctor would not see my mom. Since she was 91 1/2 years old you think she would've made an exception. But no, I even told the receptionist sometimes when we have to wait a half an hour for a doctor that's OK but when we get there in time for the appointment not earlier, they will not see her. I understand they wanted us there a half an hour earlier, but things will happen just like when they were late with their appointments. I will never come back to this location again very dissatisfied. They should not overbook, obviously they were overbooked. That's why they tried to call me in the first place very very disappointed.

My nail healed so fast and my toe nail looks great. This year I took my son to see her because he had an issue with a small growth on his toe. She took care of it and offered some advice. I appreciate Dr. Chon because she is caring and super knowledgeable. I feel that I can trust her opinion. Her office is in the Oak Park Arms building at Oak park and Washington. Dr Finn performed my bunionectomy in 2010. The incision was on side of the big toe joint and…read moreinvolved the removal & realignment of soft tissue and bone. His procedure was in my opinion perfect. I experienced no extreme pain afterwards but was in the boot for some weeks following. It relieved all pain and restored normal alignment to the joint. He also used a small pin to hold the bones in place. My foot healed pretty fast with no issues and the scar is now barely noticeable. Mind you l am 43 and wore very high heels everyday for long periods before the surgery. After surgery l wore flats for a year (no more than 3 in heel) then gradually progressed to higher. I'm back in very high heels but don't wear daily and if l do, l make sure there is a platform for proper balance. I would go back to him if l had to.

Ridiculously incompetent. I have been given the wrong change, charged the wrong co-pays, given receipts with errors on them, been billed mistakenly, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. I had a small wart on my toe. I went to see the Sr. Dr. Mercado to get it treated. Went in there probably 5 different times, having to pay a co-pay + receive a bill later, each time. With all those visits my toe still wasn't healing. I began to get frustrated and started to feel like I was being ripped off......And I was. I ended up having to get the wart surgically removed. They should have done that from the beginning. But instead my time was wasted having to go back and forth to that office several times, and paying for it each time. I had charges billed to my insurance that didn't seem right. These people were basically just using me, to bill my insurance, and didn't decide to actually fix my problem until almost my 5th visit (SMH). I got the surgery, my wart went away, my toe is fine. I paid my balance off in full over the phone via credit card, but low and behold a few months later they send me another bill. I'm not paying it because I've already paid them off. This is typical of this office. One of the stupid girls in the front probably sent it to me by mistake, SMH. Incompetent, unprofessional, erroneous, office. Do not patronize them. They will string you along for several visits just so they can get your money, before they actually fix your problem. Unprofessional crooks. I'll never go back. Ever.
