Then she mismeasured another set of my drapes and delivered them with black grease marks all over them. I was not happy with how the rods looked and asked her to make a change to them, since they had to redo them anyway. At that time, I was told I would only be charged for the additional material I requested, and I was happy to pay for that. She called to tell me they were ready, yet she had told me to purchase the trim and had not even picked it up. Then she tried to tell me, that we were not doing the trim. Why would I order the trim, if I was told to do so by her? When she picked up the trim, she told me I would have to pay to have it added when it was on the original drapes, but unable to be reused. When I finally got the drapes after nearly 5 months of waiting, she charged me a second installation fee. Every time she came back she upped the charges from what we had originally agreed to which was the additional fabric only. Buyers, please be aware. Get every detail in writing or you will be sorry. Ms. Ford is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered.

We had no idea how many decisions would be involved in a floor-to-ceiling renovation to make our penthouse a place we are proud to call home. April was the creative professional we had hoped we could find! Her enthusiasm, instincts, experience technical skills and follow through were exactly what we needed, all at a very reasonable price. We discussed priorities, then she measured our tiny home and created a design that she adjusted for us along the way, using a technology-based program that helped us understand and visualize how all the components were going to work and look together.
