BUYER BEWARE !!!!…read more DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE UNTIL YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. They removed and replaced our 4,500 sf driveway and demanded payment in full. 36 hours later I notice a long crack across the driveway. I called the company, they said the would fix it. 3 days later I called to find out when the repair would be made. The secretary told me the owners went on vacation for 10 days. I continued to call and finally was told the repair would be made on October 15th - 12 days after my initial call. The repair is a totally different color and when I called them, the owner said "that's the way it is". It was obvious that she was annoyed that I called and didn't want to be bothered with me. I called a few days later and they didn't answer. I then texted a few pictures that showed other issues with their work - * misaligned gutter drain pipe * depressions where they set down the brush * clean up the mess from the concrete truck * make relief cuts around the patch * clean up the concrete pieces they left all around my lawn They realigned the gutter They went over the brush depressions to take out the roughness but it still looks unprofessional They cleaned the concrete truck mess THEY DID NOT MAKE THE RELIEF CUTS THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP THE CONCRETE PIECES I texted them 2 times and called them last week asking when they are coming to finish - they ignored my texts and did not return my call. I hired someone else to complete their poor work.
