(Yet!! :) ) They speak fluent english and are super friendly and welcoming. This was my first time in a Venezualian restaurant so I wanted to try new things. We had TEQUEÑOS and AREPAS as starters and PABELLÓN CRIOLLO for main meal. The food was delicious and the restaurant is a little small (in a good way) and feels welcoming kind of when you go eat at you're friends' or family's house. I totally recommend!

I'm well aware this is in Malasaña but 16 euros for a roasted chicken and 2 beverages? You gotta be kidding me. Quality-wise I can get the exact same chicken elsewhere for half the price. I sat down and as soon as i saw the prices I just left. Because I`ll rather spend 19 euros on an excellent sirloin steak with french fries and pimientos de piquillo anywhere else than paying 16 euros for a friggin roasted chicken. If you dig the place and the neighborhood and don't care getting charged outrageous prices (even higher than in other venezuelan restaurants) than everywhere else in Madrid, come. As soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly greeted by the owner Carlos Roberto who kindly made us feel like part of his family. The service was amazing but the food was even better. The dishes we had reminded my wife and I of our times spent in El Salvador. The Techno music is loud so just be aware of that. I loved it and couldn't stop dancing in my seat. It is first come first serve. Regis told me to go as soon as they opened. Even then, we got one of the last seatings by the bar where all the action is. It was so much fun seeing all the chefs and sous chefs shouting and working in harmony. Our server was amazing in recommending many of the dishes and drinks. I also got a kick out of their cool straight jacket chef's attire. One word to describe the food here; it is very avant-garde (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Singapore). Our favorite dish of the night was the Vieira Asada (scallop with a green sauce). Honestly, I don't think you will go wrong with any of the items on the menu. Love how they describe each dish as they present it to you.
