Stay Away from this library…read more First of all, you can't even browse the shelves, they have it blocked off to the public due to COVID restrictions. Second, when I went to renew my library card the lady I talked to had a negative attitude the whole time I was there. Another lady that was helping me was also very negative and was extremely disrespectful towards my personal tastes and went on a rant for about a minute in front of the whole staff. I went back later and addressed the problem and the person I talked to said that she would "talk to her about it later". The people that run this library are unprofessional and negative people; This is the main reason why libraries aren't popular anymore. Don't go here unless you have to

I mailed a package February2022. It never got delivered and never got returned I have Been…read morechecking and Texting for the past year and they send me an e-mail every month telling me that it hasn't been found yet. I told them to just return my money I have given them both receipts but they just say it hasn't been found so Me the consumer is out $66.37 and a lot of time wasted chasing my package. Now being told that refunds are time sensitive so They wont refund me. Post office just lost my business. The pony express would have done better. Alls they do is give you address of another place to complain to to drag your time out till you give up.

He said the only way to use tape was to make it a priority package. He taped all the ends but still didn't tape the label. I pointed to the label again because he didn't tape it therefore it was still loose. Then he says "that I can do without making it "priority". He then took regular tape and tapes around the label! I had to pay $5.00 more for 2 strips of tape I didn't need or ask for. Another loose cog in the government machinery.
