I am from Carroll County and have taken my cars here for years. They have recently changed owners and their service has been awful. Their new owner, Chris is absolutely rude and has zero customer service skills. I just wanted them to look at my car and tell me what was wrong with it and I mentioned I would want an oil change as well after everything was said and done. Well, they gave me two different quotes bc he clearly doesn't communicate well with his employees. First quote was 519 which I thought was a good deal for breaks, an alternator and an oil change! The lady told me they would have to call around to get the break I needed for my vehicle, so she would call me the next day when they came in. So I called the following day to see what was going and wanted to make sure the oil change was still included in that price, then she told me, well I guess the 519 is just for the alternator. For everything it will be 650! I nicely told them I would just take it else where to get another quote and asked if they could leave the key in the car, so it could be towed. Well, when I called to double check if they were in my vehicle he informed me I had a 62 dollar fee and I couldn't have my keys until I paid it! I have been talking to his employee multiple times before this (3days to be exact) and she never once mention a bill or that they even changed my oil . I told the owner, Chris I understood the service fee charge of $25 for telling me what was wrong with it, but they went on and changed the oil without me authorizing it. I was confused as to why they would even change the oil on a vehicle that wasn't even running yet ? But I asked him if he would at least refund me 25 dollar fee and I would be perfectly fine with paying for the oil change. And he argues with me for at least 30 mins as to why he wouldn't refund it! I told him multiple times I wouldn't have cared at all paying the service fee charge but I didn't want my oil changed if they weren't fixing the problem? That only makes since right? And then he grabbed $25 dollars cash from his pocket and told me, here is your "and I quote" your fucking 25 dollars! I hope you get everything handed to you in life. Don't fucking come back ever again!" I was so shocked and disgusted by his words. How dare he direspect a customer who's gone there for years, but shame on him for cussing at a woman! I will never again take any of my vehicles here to be looked at or worked on. I am absolutely disgusted by his actions and will not support a business that is disrespectful. read more
