Bought a car from a dealership only to find out a week later it was leaking gear oil in the front differential, went to the dealer of the make and was quoted 4500$! Luckily Indy muffler only quoted us 980$ almost 1/5 of what the stealership wanted. These guys are smart and know what they are doing I'd trust them with any of my vehicles. I took my truck into them on a referral from a co-worker. The guys there were really nice and were able to look at my truck right away. We weren't sure exactly what the problem was, but the symptoms were pretty obvious. I told them I couldn't just throw money at this truck and that I needed a solution. First they told me it was one part, I paid and that still didn't fix it. Then they said it was something else, I paid and it still didn't fix it. Then it was a 3rd part and that seemed to fix it, I paid but the next day it still wasn't totally fixed. At this point, I would normally lose my freaking mind about this company, but Luis was cool with me and worked with me on the prices. I'm not happy that its several hundred dollars later and not totally fixed, but I can appreciate how difficult my truck was being and I feel that they really did try their best. read more

I love this place!! It was recommended by my mom when she got her steering fixed for $30. I was turned away by another place in town, but not Indy Muffler. They looked at my van right away. My brake pedal went all the way to the floor and I thought I needed a master cylinder. Even after offering to pay for one, they figured out that it was just the drum brakes needed a cleaning and only charged me $40. The brakes now work like new! Also my drivers side window would not roll up. I was going to replace the motor to it when they figured out it was just the switch. It now works like new as well! I am blown away by their honesty and integrity. They were fast and I was in and out within 2 hours. It only came to $100 total and I hope this place stays open forever. Highly Recommend!! read more

Had to get my brakes changed and I was there for an hour and a half only because they got the wrong parts twice but finally third time was a charm. Now my brakes are better than before and the price for it wasn't so bad it was a bit under 200. Pretty good service they help you out as quick as they can depending on how many people are before you.
