Why the heck would you have a staff meeting in the play area and kick out two crying toddlers AND not even show any remorse or even apologize. Place was plenty dead and they could have choose a corner to have their "meeting". This place already has bad service and this was the nail on the coffin. Their sign by the drive thru is funny. Flexible scheduling with a side of I can be myself here. I guess all their employees are a lazy then. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. 10 minutes in the drive thru for a Cole and I still haven't made it to the order screen yet. Gas is $3.49 a gallon so this is gonna be an expensive soda. Ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich, fries and a large coke. The sandwich dripped grease and definitely recooked. Bun was grease soaked. Bacon on it was greasy also. I should know better to give this Beards Hill McDonald's my business. Terrible food. Stick with the dollar burger an cheese burger. They can't screw them up. First off, the girl with the lion tattoo actually sucks. She is constantly on her phone when she is in drive thru which results in a messed up order every single time. She's rude and doesn't greet anyone. And it's actually a joke that they shut their shake machine down at 8 because "there's only 2 people in the building" which is a lie because I saw 4 people working in just service at 8:15. I waste my hard earned money there and she shouldn't be getting it when she can't do her job correctly. I wouldn't be mad if this has happened once or twice but it's happened multiple times. She should not have a job. Simple as that. Secondly, my mcchicken was missing its meat. That's just a careless, dumb mistake. When I say the manager on duty may 27th Wednesday went above and beyond, she went above and beyond. I made a DoorDash order and in the order we ordered shakes. The shake machine wasn't available for that night-that all well and good-so we replaced it with sodas. Some of the soda and a few items were missing so out doordasher asked us to call in the missing items and he'll pick them up. We did and the manager (or whoever was on the phone that day) hand spun our shakes and and apologized or the inconvenience! She did have to do that especially since all we were asking for was for the soda and small fry. read more

Bb I went to make a phone call tonight just a couple minutes ago. A woman picked up and as soon as she did she was very disrespectful. I had asked to speak to a manager as I am a former employee that now lives out of state and I needed to figure out information for taxes. As soon as I asked to speak to a manager the woman hung up on me. I called back again and the manager on tonight's shift Mike answered and was also very disrespectful told me I was hung up on because the woman did not hear me but I know she did cause she was huffing and puffing about it. I did not appreciate at all how I was spoken to there was no professionalism between the manager or employee. I was told they are very busy and I need to call back which is fine but the way they handled the situation was not okay and left a bad impression. read more

Talk about disrespectful! The line for the drive thru was super forever long so I went in to get an order. Waited at the counter for five minutes until one of the five people working inside came to help take my order. She was rude to me after my debit card that works anywhere else was saying unable to read chip and kept she saying it rudely that it didn't work. She couldn't even put my order on a different cash register she said and had "no clue what to tell me". She just stared at me. Finally I said if she had no way to help me to just forget it and walked out. Another man went to order after I did and he walked out cussing because same thing happened to him with her attitude. The man before me came out with his food and was shaking his head and stopped to talk to me. He said that it was unbelievable what just all happened in there. He had the same problem as we all did with his card but a different worker came around and held his debit card in the slot to get it to work and they gave him half his food and acted like his order was complete. This place is awful!!! Slow to take your order with no one else in drive thru. Held my money out the window forever before he finally stopped talking to another employee and took it. No greeting or anything at the next window, simply put the food out the window. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here..... but I can tell you it will be the last! This place is about a year old at this location. I am sure it only gets business because of the location. 4 employees on their phones while this is the second time I've ordered from the touch screen and someone deleted my order from the screen without filling it. I go up to the counter after waiting 20 min for it to be brought to me and get ignored while they conversate about their weekend. Came in and ordered 3 teas. Machines in lobby were empty. Went to the counter to have someone fill them. Employee grabbed by 3 cups to fill with tea from the drive thru. So far, OK. However, there was a tea already sitting there. Employee thought I wasn't looking and proceeded to open that cup and pour the tea into my 3 cups. As the manager walked pass me, I said, "Did you see what she just did?'. She said, "NO". and kept walking out of view. When the server brought the drink to me I told her that I was not taking them because I saw what she just did. Naturally she denied it. She made the tea over in a new cup. I'm still not stupid. She did it to the other 2 cups also. We argued some more and I told her that she WAS going to make me 2 new cups of tea. Meanwhile, the manager hid in the corner out of sight and never came out. 1. That was disgusting,. There was no way of knowing how long or why that tea was sitting there. 2. This was the Manager's chance to show her leadership by asking the employee to leave the front area, apologize, personally fill the cups and then talk to the employee later. read more
