Unfortunately, the taste of most empanadas missed the mark. I had the Korean Beef, The OG, and the Carne Asada. The original was fine. The Carne Asada was spicy, as they stated. My favorite was the Korean Beef. Highly recommend that one. I also tried the empanadas that my girlfriend ordered...BBQ chicken and birria. I have had so much birria, and that was not at all taste. It tasted really bad. BBQ chicken was okay. Would only order Korean Beef again.

The wrap was tasty and full of Caesar flavor. Another plus was that I could see and taste authentic crab cake. It wasn't a huge wrap or crab cake, but the flavor and presentation made up for where the portion lacked. With that said, I was satiated after eating the entire wrap that was cut into two portions, so I guess it was enough. I also tasted a few Old Bay fries; they were good. The service was good. I liked that the truck provided a coaster pager while we waited, which allowed us to continue walking around the festival until the food was ready. The food was available for pickup in less than 15 minutes.

It is tricky to eat if you are trying to also hold a drink or put the food down for a second (cone). I love limeade and found this one lacking in, well, lime. It was there, but it was sort of the LaCroix of limeade. The folks are friendly and the prices decent.

My good friend Andy and I were early strong supporters when Quincy's Lobster Rolls set up their first area shop on Swedesford Road, Berwyn, and were sad when it closed. This year someone opened same franchise in Paoli, but the sandwiches had shrunken in length, were no longer stuffed to the gills with pure claw meat like before, and portions were notable smaller than what we remembered. Enter Cousins Maine Lobster Roll food truck of PA and Delaware, (found on Facebook under "cousins maine lobster delaware / pa" for days/locations, nearest to me Exton Mall, east side across lot from Boscov's parked next to the loop road around mall). They serve up exactly what I used to love about Quincy's (before they cheaper down their sandwiches with smaller rolls, smaller portions, and cot in a lot of lobster meat scraps not from the claw!) For just under $21 you get a 5" frankfurter roll(the proven best vehicle for lobster!) overstuffed with nothing but fresh, tender and delicious Maine lobster claw meat. They have a very broad and interesting menu that includes Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque, lobster grilled cheese, lobster tots, lobster tacos, shrimp tacos, Lobster tail and Tots, Lobster Quesadilla, or you can set up your own make at home Lobster Roll Party with everything you need to serve one or two pounds of Lobster claw meet with everything you need! (THAT has "Super Bowl Party" written all over it, and how memorable will that be with your appreciative guests! ) Having the Maine Lobster roll today at the Exton Mall location for the food truck turned me into an instant strong fan, but also refreshed my memory of what I USED to get at the original Quincy's, to the point that I went back and revised my review (and score) for Quincy's Paoli!
