I received a quote for a 20 SF window on 10/2/25. I replied that this was wrong on 10/2/25. I heard NOTHING back. On 10/6/2025 I replied again asking if the quote was going to be revised. Later that day I received the same quote for a 20 SF window. I went to their office on 10/9/25 and the staff had a difficult time understanding the issue.
