I wanted my car and the insurance money and that's what I got but I had to beg you to give it back almost even though I called you every week and checked for my insurance. I'm sure the reason you didnt put a fuss about the insurance not paying you for lot fees was because you did me dirty. Plain and simple you wanted to scrap what you could cause you thought I was gonna give up my car. Looser mentality. The place isn't fancy: the front office is in a mobile home and their facilities are spread out back. But they treated me so well! As someone stranded far from home, I felt well taken care of. The owner wrote his cell phone number on the back of his business card and insisted that I call him day or night. Parts for my vehicle (there were no dealers in New Mexico) took quite a while to arrive, but the staff were always friendly and helpful when I called to ask about the status. After I drove another car back a different location in Farmington, the body shop owner picked me up in person to deliver me to their office. I found my car repaired perfectly. This is a highly reputable and very customer-oriented business. I'd give them 6 or 7 stars out of 5 if I could.

I told them how when I had fur stuck in the rim/tire, blood and bone on my side step. I even showed them pics of the incident and they still didn't believe me. They told my insurance company that I hit a boulder(after the insurance approved the repairs). Mind you my deductible is only $100.(They said a lot of people have scammed the insurance company's out of $$$). This was during COVID when insurance adjusters didn't come out to look at it. They had video and pics. The shop demanded that the insurance company send an adjuster to look at the damage. He took one look and said do it. When it was finally done (4 weeks). I picked it up. After I left my driver side window was making a lot of noise when rolling it up and down. So, I went back the same day for them to look at it and they said it was off track. But it still make a clunk every once in a while.
