I had new tires and an alignment put on my car on a Thursday and they did it very quickly! Friday a tire sensor came on they got me back in and took care of that at no cost to me. Monday I needed air in my tire which I thought was odd so I put air in it and it was good only to have my tire lose pressure again! I found a screw in it so took it in immediately! They got me right in and patched my tire for me as quickly as they could because of how busy they were. They have been nothing but amazing and I am very thankful for their professionalism Tim is a manager there I believe and he runs a great store!!! They have my business anytime!! read more

Booked a year of aliments for my tow car that gets 11,000 miles a month on it. First time in there once i heard of the deal. Sr you need a cam offset bolt to do your aliment. Oh yea bell tire. My car comes factory with all cam offset bolts. So you trying to sell me one is a scam. NEVER heard of this out there month since. A typical scam tire places do. At 340,000 miles i go in for the 7th aliment. They do it and say they will never be able to get the aliment in the green without replacing my rear struts. There worn out. Only based on the car having 340,000 miles. I told them no. nice try. 12,000 miles later i take it in for a aliment. Comes back with a perfect all in green aliment.... WAIT a min. I still have them same rear struts on my car that you tried to get $1200 out of me to replace. Scam. I informed them of the scam they tried to pull. and was informed that i should replace the rear struts every 50,000 miles. Yea sure. $1200 every 4 months. A rear strut is bad when you have tire wear, oil around the seal area. A car that bounces when you lean on it or hit a bump. or you see the sprint cracked. Im glad i was raised better to avoid these scams. I also always schedule online. and when i show up on a time slot of 1pm. there on break. all aliment people are. So why do they have this time slot if they are off for a hour. They do a great job. But quit scamming people. Another story. I was a bit short on time and could not get my tires rotated in time for a 4,000 round trip to CA. I told them i would like my tires rotated front to back. next time will be the side to side. My tires are marked on the inside with spray paint so i can monitor what tires last and what ill rebuy. almost 400,000 miles on my car. every mile counts. I got my car back and they rotated just the right side tires and never touched the left side. I didn't notice until my next oil change. and was in disbelief. Monteith will be the only ones doing tire jobs for me. As they only screw up tranny flushes. read more

had an appointment for 1:30 at 2:35 car still hadn't been started for alignment. was never approached about they were running behind. when I questioned about it he then said they take orders as they come in, so why did I have an appointment he just looked at me and walked away to check on car. terrible customer service read more

While traveling with a borrowed class C RV, we began to smell hot rubber. Upon inspection we discovered that our tires were low and rubbing. We stopped at Belle Tire in Warsaw IIN and the kind gentleman crawled under the RV to fill the tires. We couldn't even see valve stems. In a few minutes we were on the reload again at no cost--we gave him a tip. Great customer service!!! read more

Went here for tire rotation and balancing. The shop never rotated the tires - not sure if any balancing was performed as the car still vibrates. They very cleverly just switched one pair as one of the tires was a different brand from the other 3. read more

I made an appointment (same day) and was told they "may" not be able to get the filter for my oil change but they would try. They took their time to source one same day. Tim and Tony were incredibly friendly and willing to answer questions. While there was 1 small thing they couldn't do today, I will go back and get it done later this week with another technician. Top notch place, they are straight forward no surprises and they go out of their way to do as much as they can to help you. Highly suggest them! read more

Go to Belle Tire and plan on WAITING &WAITING. Purchased 4 new tires I walked in at 10am for my 10am appt. I walked out at 2:15.

The wait time wasn't that long. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, they have seating 6ft apart. They offer refreshments. The customer service is amazing, definitely there main goal is to make the customer happy. read more
