We booked a ride well in advance to take my elderly father to a critical medical appointment. After confirming the booking and paying the required cost, the company canceled at the absolute last minute with zero regard for the consequences. We were not even given a phone call about whatever the issue may have been. Because of their sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism, my dad missed his appointment--one that took months to schedule. Trying to get a straight answer or any accountability from their customer service was an exercise in frustration. They clearly do not care about their clients, their schedules, or the health and well-being of the people relying on them.If you need a transportation service that actually shows up and values basic human decency, look elsewhere. The drivers who regulary pick us up are helpful and kind. One says a prayer for my son everytime he sees us. They are very easy to contact when youre ready to be pick up as well. In fact, a while ago I had a situation where we needed a ride home because our inital transportation didn't show up, and there was no way to contact Kaiser hub (office closed on weekends). They were very gentle moving him with the gurney, loading and unloading him from the ambulance, and during the on-road transport. They listened to him and his care givers which was important in the process of situational awareness which resulted in them going above and beyond with their patient care. I have 38 years experience in pre-hospital care as a firefighter/EMT/paramedic and quite frankly had low expectations for the crew that came to the house to transport my relative. I will be the first to admit I couldn't have been more wrong and I really want to extend my thanks and appreciation to those two EMT's and their company for having such well-trained and empathetic employees.

The lane you're switching to is a solid lane. Educate yourself on when it is ok to switch lanes and how to use the fucking signal. The driver didn't even need to switch to my lane. Both lanes ramp to the same direction. The driver realized and had switch back to their original lane after half a mile and exit off Kenwood Drive.
